How do I book a home?
The best way to book with us is to call our Reservations team directly at 800-408-1822 so that one of our friendly, professional, reservationists can assist you. You can also request a booking on this website by using our Contact Us page.

Do you list on other listing sites? Can I book there?
Yes, we do list our vacation rentals on popular listing sites such as VRBO, Flipkey, and Airbnb. While you can book our properties online through VRBO and Airbnb, we recommend that you book directly with us. VRBO and Airbnb both charge additional booking fees which we are unable to waive if you book through these platforms. If you book directly with us we are able to give you the lowest price.

What is your  minimum night stay?
The minimum night stay for most of our properties is 3 nights in the off season and 7 nights for the Summer and holidays. Since each property is different we encourage you to look at the property details carefully, as a few of our vacation rentals are only available by the month. We do sometimes allow 2 night bookings between other reservations.

Do You Take Credit Cards?
Yes we do. We take Visa and Master Card. We do not take American Express. In fact to confirm your reservation we only accept credit cards. The confirmation deposit amount is 25% of the reservation total. We do offer the option to pay by check for your final payment if you are not within the 60 day reservation window. If you are within 60 days of your check-in a credit card will be required to pay the entire amount.

What are some of the fees I can expect when renting a vacation rental?
All vacation rentals have to contend with some of the same categories of fees. We charge a small booking fee to help cover administrative costs, a cleaning fee, a required city lodging tax (if less than 31 days) and have an optional damage insurance which covers up to $3,000 worth of accidental damage. If you do not choose the damage insurance then a substantial damage deposit is required. Almost all renters choose the affordable damage insurance since your money is not tied up for months and months and you are guaranteed to have up to $3000 worth of non-malicious damage covered by it. As mentioned in the previous question, if you choose to book through VRBO or Airbnb you may face additional fees. For more information about fees at a specific rental property, please contact us .

Are The Rentals Child Friendly?
Yes they are! We love having families stay with us. Since each rental is unique some properties may be a better fit for your family than others. We encourage you to call us at 800-408-1822 to talk to a knowledgeable reservationist who can help you find the best property for you and your family. The number and ages of your children will help us direct you to the property that is best for you and your family.

Can I bring my pet with me?
At this time we do not have any properties that can accommodate pets.

What are the benefits of a vacation home rental from Beachside Vacation Rentals?
At Beachside Vacation Rentals we only manage properties that are newly remodeled and up to date. The furnishings and decorating in each unit are chosen to help you feel like you are in YOUR home not someone else's. We also make sure that each unit is equipped with flat screen televisions, beach toys, new kitchen pans and cooking tools, matching dishes, glassware and silverware. Our friendly staff is interested in making sure everything is just right for your stay. If there is something that we can do to make your stay better please call our office and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

In what locations do you have properties?
Currently we have vacation rentals in many cities along the Southern California Coast, including Long Beach , Newport Beach , Corona Del Mar , Dana Point , San Clemente , San Juan Capistrano , Carlsbad , and Oceanside . Each of our California vacation destinations has it's own unique vibe, so explore and find the beach town that is best for you!

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Your 25% deposit and final payment are non-refundable unless someone rents the days you had previously paid for. To protect this vacation investment we recommend the CSA Travel Insurance "Travel Protection" program listed under the Guest Services section of this website. This insurance protects your vacation rental investment for many reasons including illness, death, travel delays and more. Ask your reservationist about this protection today.
